  2. As part of the Service activities, data of Service users (hereinafter: "Users"), including personal data, may be collected, processed, and used,

  3. As part of the Service activities, voluntarily provided by Users personal data (e.g., within the scope of completing a contact form), such as email address or collected within statistics and analyses of User behavior, may be collected,

In addition, information about the User's IP address, the time of receiving the request and sending the response, the website address from which the User was redirected to the Service, and the type of software used by the User may be collected. This information is used to administer the Service and to create statistics and analyses.

  1. The Administrator is the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR,

  2. The Administrator collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, including in particular the GDPR, and in accordance with the principles provided for in these regulations,

  3. The Administrator informs about the processing of data at the time of their collection. The Administrator processes data to the extent, time, and purposes indicated each time in the content provided under the forms used to collect personal data from the User,

  4. The Administrator transfers Personal Data only to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, i.e., suppliers responsible for servicing IT systems, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting, legal services, marketing agencies (in the scope of marketing services), entities providing other IT and programming services,

  5. The Administrator has the right to transfer selected User Personal Data to competent authorities and third parties if such necessity arises from applicable law and when these entities request their provision based on the appropriate legal basis,

  6. The Administrator ensures the security of processed personal data and their confidentiality, as well as enables access to information about data processing to the User. If despite the security measures, there is a breach of the protection of Personal Data (e.g., a data "leak" or loss), and such breach could pose a high risk to the rights or freedoms of the User, the Administrator will inform the User about such event in accordance with the regulations,

§ 7. Cookies policy

Based on information from the Service and User activity on other services, a User's interest profile is built,
